City-Initiated Rezonings to MH Middle Housing

The City of College Station is considering changing the zoning classification of some residential properties to the new MH Middle Housing zoning district. The City is initiating these proactive zoning changes - also called rezonings - in strategic areas to help provide more housing options throughout College Station and to implement the community's vision expressed in the Comprehensive Plan.
