Electric Utilities
A critical trade that is necessary for life as we know it, the City has many opportunities to serve our community in the electric industry. From Linemen and utility dispatch, to SCADA and metering services, we offer a variety of positions that greatly impact our ability to provide services to the City of College Station. Our Electric Utility Department is accredited and maintains a high standard of excellence. We also offer a Department of Labor (DOL) approved apprentice program.
Water Utilities
Everyone needs clean water! The City of College Station is committed to providing excellent water services to our community by providing clean water to drink and processing our waste water to eliminate anything harmful to our environment. Careers in this accredited department include Wastewater and Plant Laborers and Operators, Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Environmental Technicians, and Power & Control Specialists. Several positions require a CDL, so please review our job descriptions and consider a career in Water!
