Family Rec Center Phone Survey

During the remainder of February, an estimated 600 randomly selected households in College Station, Bryan and Brazos County will be asked to participate in a phone survey to gauge interest in a family recreation center, such as a YMCA, coming to College Station.

The survey — featuring questions about location, amenities and pricing — is being conducted at the direction of the College Station City Council and in partnership with YMCA of Greater Williamson County. The interviews are available to English and Spanish speakers, include landlines and cell phones, and target households that do not belong to a YMCA facility.

The City of College Station encourages participation in the survey and looks forward to presenting a report on the findings in April.
