The City Council of the City of College Station will hold a public hearing on its proposed fiscal year 2021-2022 annual budget at a special council meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at the City of College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas or via zoom https://zoom.us/j/98914963001 or via phone at (888) 475-4499 and Meeting ID: 989 1496 3001

Copies of the proposed budget are available for review with the City Secretary of the City of College Station, at the Bob & Wanda Meyer Senior and Community Center, and on the City’s website at cstx.gov/budget. The public is invited to review and make comments on the proposed budget. Comments may be presented in writing or in person at the public hearing or may be made in writing to be mailed or delivered to the City Manager, College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas, 77842, prior to the end of business on Wednesday, July 26, 2021.

THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY $3,099,757 OR 5.75%, AND OF THAT AMOUNT, $985,933 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.
