Greens Prairie Streetlights from Arrington to Castlegate to be disconnected and replaced

As part of the Greens Prairie Road widening project, 13 CSU streetlight poles between Arrington Road and Castlegate Drive will be disconnected next week. BTU will replace the lights near the end of the project.

As a result, no street lighting will exist along that section of Greens Prairie during construction.

The project's second phase will transform the two-lane asphalt road to a four-lane divided concrete surface from Arrington to the city limits near Castlegate II. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2023.
