HOLLEMAN DRIVE WEST AND JONES BUTLER ROUNDABOUT
The city is currently designing a roundabout at the intersection of Holleman Drive West and Jones Butler Road. The
TxDOT FM 2818 Super Street project construction currently underway is building the Jones Butler connection under FM 2818. There is a high volume of traffic coming from Holleman Drive and Wellborn Road that uses FM 2818. Another route is needed to relieve the traffic from these intersections. With the TxDOT project, Jones Butler Road will be extended under FM 2818 providing this additional route and will increase traffic on Jones Butler Road requiring intersection improvements at Holleman Drive.
