2022 BOND ELECTION

The city council appointed the 23-member committee to help decide what projects to put before voters in November’s bond election. The committee sought to determine what streets the city should build or expand to increase capacity and improve mobility, if new facilities are necessary, and the type of recreation and leisure facilities our community needs.

Bond items were approved by the city council at their Aug. 17 special meeting and appeared on the ballot in the Nov. 8 general election

Three of the five bond propositions were approved by voters: Fire Station No. 7, the Rock Prairie Road East widening project, and various park improvements.
